Kudos

There’s no such thing as a “small act” of kindness – each bit of thoughtfulness we display can have lasting and memorable effects. Several of our members have written or called in to express their gratitude to United employees – and we’d like to share their words of kindness here.

My power line between the house and the transformer broke due to the high winds on Friday afternoon about 4:30 pm. I called the office in Cleburne and within 90 minutes we had not 1 but 2 full crews here to fix our line. They had us back up and running with 30 minutes. That was wonderful!
