The most important point to remember when
experiencing a power outage is to immediately report the problem to
United Cooperative Services by calling your local office. Also, always
stay away from downed power lines and please do not attempt to remove
debris tangled in power lines. United will
make every effort to fix your problem as quickly as possible.
Before an outage occurs, make sure to have an emergency plan
prepared and essential supplies on hand to weather the storm. A
Disaster Supply Kit provides the necessities when confined to your home
without power for an extended time.
