Rate Comparison
Even though United Cooperative Services is not participating in the deregulated electric market, our members often receive calls from retail electric providers (REPs), who are making telemarketing calls based strictly on ZIP codes. These calls often lead our members to wonder how their United bill compares to the rates offer by the various REPs.
Below is a chart comparing United Cooperative Services summer residential rate to the rates offer by the REPs (based upon 1,000 kWhs):

The data for the above chart was taken from www.powertochoose.org. Calculations are based upon 1,000 kWhs and the residential rate for the various retail electric providers (REPs) in the Oncor Electric Delivery service territory.
